Deftones picture gallery of singer Chino Moreno taken from the Family Values Tour 2006 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

I was very excited to take pictures of the Deftones as they have been one of my favorite bands for years and I never had the chance seen them in concert. I really did not know what to expect, but as a photographer I was disapointed in the stage layout as it was challenging to get good photos of the Deftones.

Chino Moreno had a large metal platform to stand on in the middle of the stage. It was difficult to get a good picture over the top of this as it was about 8' tall from the photo pit. The whole stage lighting was very dark so all the concert photography was a challenge. I really wanted to get better pictures of the Deftones.

Deftones Concert Review:
The Deftones rock. The music sounded great and Chino was intense on the mic. They really got the crowd bouncing and moshing even though the Deftones are probably not as widely well-known in the Midwest as they are on the West Coast. I don't think anyone would walk away from a Deftones concert and think - "That was the best concert ever"... but if you are a Deftones fan, then you would surely appreciate seeing them rock live.
